I am a licensed addiction counselor (WA State) who reinvented (in 2010) as a Certified Personal Development Coach with a specialty in behavioral health. I focus on self-discovery and stress reduction through life-balancing techniques thereby creating healthy communication in relationships and families. I am a Certified Hatha Yoga instructor.
I personally understand the pain of addiction and mental illness in a loved-one. I have been in my own recovery from addiction for many decades. I grew up in a family riddled with mental illness. I work especially well with families, couples, and individuals struggling to sort out substance abuse versus addiction!
