My goal is to help you understand how these experiences have influenced you and help you start living the life you want.

I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years and work with adults of all ages. I especially enjoy working with young professionals, adults experiencing transition, caregivers, grief/loss, rural/small community concerns, persons with disabilities and seniors/older adults.
