I believe that everyone needs somewhere to go to talk through the everyday events and challenges of life. I provide a welcoming, comfortable, safe environment for clients of all ages. Using a strengths-based approach, I work with clients to identify goals and develop strategies to achieve those goals. After identifying personal strengths, we work together to improve resilience, increase coping skills, and build a positive mindset.
In session, I use an eclectic approach, pulling interventions from several therapeutical approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT. I realize we are all unique and that one size does not fit all; therefore I tailor each session to fit the needs of each client.
My practice provides support for a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. I work with adults, adolescents, older children, and couples. If you have any questions, please reach out.
