Life can be challenging. I can help you work through these challenges. I can guide you to work out past experiences or current situations to make your life easier to manage and be rewarding. I provide several types of therapy to help clients of all ages. My background consists of getting my BS in education in 1994. I received by ME in Guidance in counseling in 1999.
I gained my LPC in 2017. I was a teacher for 6 years and as a Guidance Counselor in elementary for 18 years. I have been a licensed counselor for 3 years. I am more experienced in working with children but enjoy working with adults of all ages.
I would like to help clients reach positive healthy ways to handle life stressors and negative events that keep clients from being in a peaceful and balanced stage of life. Reaching out for help is the best thing you can do for YOU!
