Greetings! Many of my clients seek guidance with relationships including family, interpersonal and workplace. Some have found themselves on the receiving end of narcissistic abuse, family scapegoat abuse or workplace toxicity. Others want to explore why they are anxious, have panic attacks or nightmares. I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space to help you unpack concerns, navigate life’s changes and heal from difficult experiences. I enjoy working with all types of people in my telehealth practice; including neuro-divergent clients, Veterans, creative explorers and adults seeking virtual care in Montana and Texas.
I practice holistic, client-centered therapy tailored to your unique needs. I have over 18 years of clinical experience with advanced training in trauma, conflict, and abuse. I am a certified EMDR practitioner and certified hypnotherapist I utilize evidence-based methods including: CBT, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and Strategic approaches.
I provide a warm, relaxed environment where you can safely explore sensitive issues and process difficult memories.
