Invest in a Custom Trauma Therapy Intensive to get a head start while saving time and money in the long run. Therapy is for you, the client, so I like to learn the preferences you want for how your sessions will go. This helps you feel at ease, heard, and understood from the start. (We start with Intensives at a higher rate then move to individual sessions but less frequently than if you were just starting.)
I help people heal from a variety of distressing situations including: betrayal; victims of abuse (sexual, emotional, psychological, and physical); PTSD & trauma & depression & anxiety disorders; grief; & chronic pain. I have extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), IFS/parts work, Somatic Experiencing, ART, and more.
