Are you feeling weighed down, stuck, and find it hard to feel fully present or fulfilled because of pain from the past or worry about the future? Are you and your partner getting stuck in the same negative cycle and arguments and wanting to feel connected and on the same team again? Or maybe you want a change but aren't sure where to start or are feeling alone and needing a space to feel connected and heard? If so, we can work together to find the best way forward. I work with individuals and couples who may feel stuck and looking for ways to reconnect with themselves and/or their partner so they can heal and change.
I believe that each person has the capacity for change and has unique strengths to aid in healing. I specialize working with individuals and couples who've experienced trauma, attachment issues, perinatal issues (infertility, pregnancy, birth trauma, & postpartum), and anxiety. I am trained in EMDR, which can be beneficial for addressing trauma and anxiety.
It takes courage and strength to reach out for help. I am honored that you are considering me as a therapist and hope that we can work together towards your goals and healing.
