My focus is to support individuals in overcoming challenges related to anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress (PTSD). I believe each person’s story is unique, and I tailor treatment to meet individual needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and licensed chemical dependency counselor, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care that empowers clients to move forward with clarity and resilience.
