We also use tools like EMDR and LENS neurofeedback to help calm overwhelmed nervous systems and reduce anxiety and reactivity. We support moms during pregnancy and postpartum, especially those feeling anxious, overstimulated, or disconnected. Our goal is to help your family feel calmer, more connected, and confident moving forward.
