Hi! I’m a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Texas and Florida. I have been practicing for over 15 years. I specialize in trauma work and anxiety disorders, while equipped to address other mental health needs. I’d like to come along side you to help you navigate through difficult life events or stressors. We’ll partner to identify maladaptive coping skills and focus on developing healthy strategies that move you toward enjoying a life full of meaning and purpose.
I use a holistic approach, with interventions such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I love working with clients of all ages who are open and motivated for personal growth. I also enjoy working with clients who want to integrate spirituality and faith in their treatment.
The human experience includes so many different challenges, and I am the first to acknowledge my own areas of need for personal growth. I often practice the same evidence-based strategies I recommend to my clients.
