As a bilingual, Mexican-American psychologist and Los Angeles native, I work with children, adolescents, families, and adults, including older adults and those with complex medical and co-occurring conditions. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care that directly addresses systemic injustice, racism, and intergenerational trauma, weaving your cultural values and strengths into treatment. With a doctorate in clinical psychology, I draw on humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches, always grounded in strong therapeutic relationships. I offer telehealth across California and am accepting new patients.
