As a Holistic and Integrative psychotherapist, I incorporate Eastern & Western approaches into counseling sessions to complement traditional psychotherapy modalities. I received a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University and I am a certified yoga teacher through Abhaya training program. I incorporate mindfulness and meditation into sessions to complement traditional psychotherapy modalities.
