I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and talk therapy to help heal painful patterns, calm the nervous system, and foster self-compassion. Together we can work toward healing, greater self-understanding, and lasting change.
Areas I help with include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, self-worth, and mind-body symptoms. I also welcome an exploration of meaning and spirituality. I offer movement-based approaches when helpful, allowing for expression and healing beyond words alone. My work is tailored to each individual’s needs and strengths.
