About
I offer *concierge therapy services* in Palo Alto, Half Moon Bay, and Piedmont Areas. I am committed to uniquely serving individuals and family systems to support clients in navigating their complex and fast-paced lives in a way that is expressly tailored to fit into your Bay Area lifestyle. I work dynamically with family members to address overarching goals from different perspectives. This allows me to focus on your needs from every angle possible. The result is comprehensive change on an individual and systematic level. I can meet online or in person with a flexible structure to meet your ever changing needs.
These days it's easy to feel overwhelmed and demoralized. In our work together, I will fight for you in those moments when your energy is depleted. I will also empower you to advocate for yourself and the life you want. By finding your voice, you can move forward in the world with confidence and hope. Together we can find a clear path forward to your goals.
I take a culturally sensitive, relational approach and use a variety of evidence based practices to best meet your therapeutic preferences. I work with individuals between 10-65yrs, and my specialty is working with teens. My expertise is in trauma and early attachment challenges, though I do work extensively with ADHD, mood disorders, and social phobia.

Rebecca Good's Groups
Caregiver Support Group
The intention of this group is to help you as a parent or caregiver to better communicate with your youth, as well as provide a space where you are not alone in your challenges. We use Motivational Interviewing techniques to help you to successfully talk and connect with your teen; while also exploring how you can make changes in your own life to improve the health and wellbeing of your whole family.
