Cheers, I am currently an LPC-Associate under the supervision of Bonnie Lilly, LPCS. I serve clients 5 yrs. of age to adult. I am presently helping clients who deal with sever anxiety, depression, ADHD, low-self esteem, suicidal ideations, and borderline personality disorder. I see clients from a variety of cultures, including but not limited to Sex, Religion, Race, and Sexual Identity. These ideas individuals hold should be acknowledged and integrated as part of their counseling process. I work with my clients to meet them where they, and cultivate and environment of trust, congruency, and unconditional positive acceptance.
As a school counselor, I have experience working with children and adolescence. I am able to see the day to day struggles our youth face in this ever changing world. From social media, to friendships, to self-esteem many of our youth are struggling to find their place. I work with them using proven therapies and see the growth mindset.
I have a great passion for what I do as a counselor and get great rewards from being able to help and support others.
