She has worked with teens and young adults and is very passionate about meeting clients where they are at and providing a safe space for them to express themselves and their goals for treatment. She values the importance of providing personalized care to each of her clients. Additionally, she worked for over a year at a clinic in which she gained experience working with a variety of clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders and addiction.
She utilizes an eclectic approach and pulls from interventions influenced by Internal Family Systems, somatic work, person centered therapy, and trauma informed therapy. She always begins treatment by building rapport with her clients and getting to know more about who they are and what brought them to therapy.
Rikki believes that all her clients have the ability to foster change within themselves. By ensuring that her clients feel listened to, understood, and accepted, she helps her clients make positive changes in their lives and reach their therapeutic goals.
