My work with clients is intuitive, deeply relational, and focused on helping clients build self-trust rather than simply managing symptoms.
I offer a space for deep listening, self-discovery, and meaningful change. My approach is highly individualized, rooted in trusting the body and nervous system as allies in the healing process. I help clients slow down their narratives to connect with the emotions beneath their experiences, often using a polyvagal perspective. I don’t work from a rigid model but rather draw from 40 years of experience—including therapy, yoga, bodywork, and life itself—to meet each client where they are.
While clients may come to therapy for career concerns, anxiety, or general distress, our work often leads to deeper insight—particularly in relationships, which frequently emerge as a central focus. The most meaningful growth is often unpredictable—emerging organically through self-awareness, emotional presence, and honoring one’s own inner wisdom.
