With over 12 years of experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples and families, I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression through the use of Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also have 4+ years experience working with those impacted by and suffering from substance abuse disorders.
