I offer counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. I strive to establish a therapeutic relationship in which each individual feels safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and needs, and to walk with them on their journey to healing. Life gets complicated, and can be painful at times. We all need someone to talk to. Whether its current situational problems or deeply rooted underlying issues that one wants to resolve, it is my honor to help.
I am experienced in treating a wide variety of problems, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have extensive training in treating issues related to family trauma, including child abuse, foster care, adoption, and relationship conflicts. I utilize a combination of treatment techniques to best meet the needs of each unique person.
Currently accepting new clients for telehealth services only. I accept a limited number of DHHS referrals.
