I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation using a blend of evidence-based and compassionate approaches. My work integrates EMDR, IFS, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness practices - all grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered foundation.
