My clinical experience includes working with families, adolescents, adults, and children guiding them through a variety of challenges including: bullying, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting, and relationship challenges. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to explore solutions, foster growth, and heal past wounds. My goal is to identifying patterns that keeps all of us ruminated in unhealthy habits or beliefs, so we can work together to find healthier ways to move forward in a meaningful way. EMDR certified.

In our sessions, together we create your plan and use therapeutic approaches that include: Eye Movement Desensitization Technique. (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person Centered approaches.
