A therapist with life experience. My mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals and families of all ages. I specialize in EMDR therapy using state-of-the-art equipment to assist clients in processing painful situations or memories. I am committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of life, whether facing real-life anxiety, subconscious anxiety, depression, grief, bullying, parenting struggles, relationship challenges, divorce, or any other major life transitions. I am a second-year Ph.D. student, specializing in multicultural & social justice and mental health equity.

This is a non-judgmental space where clients are encouraged to explore their experiences, develop a deeper sense of self, and move toward healing and empowerment. Through personalized treatment plans that integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered approaches, Existential Therapy, and LGBTQ+-affirmative care.
