With compassion, a little laughter and zero judgment, I help individuals untangle these patterns, heal their inner world, and create love that doesn’t require losing themselves.

I offer a holistic, attachment-focused space to explore the roots of anxiety, trauma, and relationship patterns. Using EMDR and IFS, we work together to gently unpack protective patterns and build safety in how you connect with others and yourself.
