It shows up in the anxiety that arrives before you know why, the quiet sense of not enough, the body answering for something the mind has tried to leave behind. It began in early experiences that asked too much of you, and others that happened along the way. And it hasn't moved. I work with women whose trauma, anxiety, grief, and attachment patterns still live in the body. We work where this lives: in the nervous system, in what the body keeps answering for, in the feelings that haven't had a place to go. You want relief from something that doesn't respond to logic, time, or doing more.
The work is focused on the nervous system, attachment repair, and the parts of you that learned to manage and hold it all together. Grief gets met. Trauma moves. Anxiety that runs underneath has somewhere to land. We work with what your body is communicating, what your responses are protecting, and what hasn't had a chance to finish. The pace is yours here.
