I realize coming to therapy can be difficult. Thus, my therapy office is a safe and nonjudgmental place. I love working with children, and I value EMDR’s effectiveness in providing results. Other populations I work with include those experiencing issues with trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, eating disorders, geriatric issues, TBI, and more. I am committed to helping my clients process their trauma and progress on their healing journey, and I understand the complicated nature of family dynamics. I work hard to ensure that all family members feel supported in the treatment process.
I have unique experiences and specialized training in EMDR, Neurofeedback, Child Centered Play therapy, Adlarian Play Therapy, Autplay Therapy, Oaklander's form of Gestalt Play Therapy, and Creative Exploratory Sandtray Therapy. I also use Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Psychoeducation often in my therapy sessions.
