Welcome! I’m a licensed counselor in PA. I work with clients 16+, college students, young adults, and men who might be struggling with relationships with others and within themselves. If you struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, wondering if you are "good or bad", rumination, depression or anxiety, or feel that you live in your head and not your life; you're in the right place.
