Welcome! I’m a licensed counselor in PA. I work often with college students, young adults age 20-40, and men. If you struggle with people-pleasing or describe yourself as a "perfectionist" or highly sensitive, have attachment wounds, struggle in relationships, wondering if you are "good or bad", rumination, anxiety, or feel that you live in your head and not your life; you're in the right place. Maybe you’re reluctant about therapy, maybe it’s your first time, or maybe you’re coming back to therapy looking for a better fit; I get it, therapy is daunting and I hope to make taking the first step feel lighter.

Many of my clients are struggling in relationships or intrapersonal dynamics, have some personal barriers that keep coming up for them, struggle setting boundaries, identifying their needs, and communicating, often due to shame or guilt. I aim to uncover the messages you've received from the world, and how it impacts your ability to show up as you!
