Hello, and welcome! I am a licensed Master’s-level trained mental health counselor serving clients in both New Mexico and Colorado. My counseling specialty is autism in adult women as well as psychotherapy with equines (horses).
I offer neurodivergent-affirming counseling for adult females; autistic-led and designed psychotherapy with the assistance of horses (Equitherapy) for adults; and autism and ADHD assessments, specializing in adult females.
Through my research and clinical work, I know that undiagnosed autistic women are frequently misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or just missed. As a late-diagnosed autistic woman and researcher myself, I understand female autism, the way language shapes our experience, and the unique relief, grief, and reconstruction of identity that can accompany late diagnosis.
