I draw on over 20 years of therapeutic practice and study as well as a deep commitment to my own personal analysis. Advanced trainings include a Fellowship at the Training Institute for Mental Health, The Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, The Enneagram, and Non-violent Communication.

My philosophy stems from a psychoanalytic foundation, drawing upon the past and the therapeutic relationship as a blueprint for external and internal dynamics, as well as the conscious and unconscious mind. Clients report feeling encouraged and deeply understood in our work together.

I have expertise in therapy for women, including mothering, self care, depression, perinatal health, parenting, and supportive care during infertility, pregnancy and postpartum. I will respond to all Psychology today inquiries within 24 hours.
