In my practice, I feel that it is my job as a counselor to provide a nonjudgmental space for my clients. I create a warm environment and help my clients heal from their past, accept their present, and ultimately enhance their future. I enjoy working with others to help them become the best version of themselves. I assist individuals, couples, and families to deal with ongoing personal issues and family conflict. I can help you understand your feelings and help you find the tools to make more fulfilling choices in life, whether that be with work, school, friends, family, or with love.
My clinical experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are facing challenges with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, anger management, Autism, ADHD, and trauma. I am passionate about empowering my clients to overcome their difficulties in life and heal from past experiences.
I am a Mexican American, so my multi-cultural background helps me understand, accept, and work effectively with clients of all ethnicities and genders, and gives me insight into racial and gender struggles that can be part of everyday life.
