Whether you're healing from painful experiences, navigating relationship struggles, or tired of always being the one others depend on, I offer a warm, practical, evidence-based approach that includes Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I offer traditional therapy and intensives.
Using ART and EMDR, I help clients reprocess painful experiences without revisiting every detail. I also help distressed couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a highly researched approach for building secure connections and increasing relationship satisfaction. I offer premarital counseling as a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator.
