I believe childhood experiences shape who we are as adults; however, these experiences can negatively impact how we view ourselves and relate to others in both personal and professional relationships. Utilizing an attachment approach and EMDR, we explore the roots of old pattens and foster the creation of healthy, nurturing relationships.
