Therapy can be an intimidating step due to the vulnerability in opening up, but I pride myself on providing a safe, supportive and judgement free space for you to be your true self. My focus in life is to empower those whose voices have not been heard, and give hope to those who have lost it. Change can be scary, but we can do it together.
As a certified trauma specialist, I have years of experience processing and minimizing symptoms from PTSD. My specialities also include anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral issues, relationship issues, spiritual abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse, post-partum depression, emotional abuse, and panic attacks.
