Imago Couple Therapy re-establishes connection with your partner through the practice of communication techniques. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy combines standard cognitive-behavioral techniques and present moment awareness. EMDR effectively processes traumatic experiences enabling the mind to get unstuck from the past. I also offer Hypno-therapy to enhance coping skills and identify self-defeating patterns.
