My work begins with the simple belief that every person—and every relationship, both within and between us—has an innate movement toward growth and healing. In therapy, I create a space where individuals and partners can soften their defenses, tend to the protective strategies that once kept them safe, and begin to meet themselves and one another with greater ease and openness, especially in moments of pain or conflict.
My approach is contemplative and body-based, informed by trauma studies, Buddhist psychology, and a deep respect for the wisdom held in relationships. I work with adults and partners moving through the terrain of sexuality, nonmonogamy, race, class, and gender, often shaped through disconnection by harmful religious and family systems.
Together, we’ll slow things down and explore emotions in real time, learning to recognize triggers, shift old patterns, and build deeper, more satisfying connections. Whether it’s through guided breathwork, somatic awareness, or compassionate focused inquiry, we’ll create a space where growth and change can happen.
