I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years experience located in Montclair, New Jersey. I offer a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs. Together we will target the issues that bring you into therapy and seek solutions in a timely manner.
I have experience with a wide variety of issues however I specialize in the treatment of bipolar disorder, trauma, depression and anxiety utilizing evidence-based approaches. I have training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), creative arts therapy, family therapy and substance abuse treatment.
Along with my License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) I am also a Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC).
