My counseling philosophy involves empowering you toward personal growth while helping you make positive strides toward your goals and ambitions. My role is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship that can help encourage you to see things in a different light, respond to situations in a new way, and navigate life’s challenges.
I have experience working with children, teens, and adults across various settings, including outpatient, college, and K-12 schools. While I often utilize psychodynamic, person-centered, CBT, solution-focused, IFS-informed, and strength-based treatment modalities, my approach is tailored to meet your unique needs and adapt as those grow and change with you.
I enjoy working with clients who are engaged and motivated for the counseling process, with a particular interest in perinatal, pregnancy, and postpartum clients, as well as clients coping with anxiety, stress, and life transitions.
