I am a LCSW with over 14 years of trained experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, ACT and other trauma and person-centered treatments. I am an interactive, solution focused therapist. I also work with couples using Imago and Gottman training at all stages of relationships.
