I have over seventeen years of clinical training and experience treating adolescents and adults in individual, family and couples' therapy. I am experienced treating people with concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQIA+ and gender identity issues, grief and loss, and coping with life transitions and ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP).
My work integrates both insight-oriented approaches and cognitive-behavioral techniques such as coping strategies, skills building and goal-setting. Supervision/Process Group for New Clinicians
Beginning a private practice as a therapist can be daunting and isolating. This group offers members an open, engaging, and safe environment to process personal and clinical issues and to gain clinical supervision from a seasoned clinician. Group members will have the opportunity to present case material and learn from one another across disciplines. I specialize in trauma and my work integrates insight-oriented approaches with trauma-informed treatments like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
