Hello! I am so glad you are here! My name is Rebecca and I'm a counselor seeing clients all over MT. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma, motivation, self esteem and confidence, depression and life changes. I bring a collaborative, compassionate approach that will meet you where you are at. I see clients in Montana and Idaho via telehealth and in person at my Helena office. I offer a non-judgmental space to process things at your pace. I have a diverse work background and continue to seek unique trainings to further my education to share with you. I enjoy utilizing psychoeducation to help us understand some of the "why" behind our habits, behaviors, or thoughts. I believe psychoeducation can help reduce judgement and stigma.
If you are curious about myself, practice, or therapy in general please don't hesitate to reach out. I offer a free initial consultation to see if we are a good fit, answer any questions, and/or demistify the therapy process.
