Hello! I am so glad you are here, taking the initiative for growth. My name is Rebecca and I'm a counselor seeing clients all over MT. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I enjoy working with all ages, as long as telehealth is a good fit. I love working with teens on transitions, self image, peer relationships and stress management. I also enjoy navigating stress, grief, and life changes with adults.
I offer a non-judgmental space to process things at your pace. I have a diverse work background and continue to seek unique trainings to further my education to share with you. I enjoy utilizing psychoeducation to help us understand some of the "why" behind our habits, behaviors, or thoughts. I believe psychoeducation can help reduce judgement and stigma.
If you are curious about myself, practice, or therapy in general please don't hesitate to reach out. I offer a free initial consultation to see if we are a good fit, answer any questions, and/or demistify the therapy process. I will do my best to make you feel at ease, even bringing in some emotional support animals, if deemed helpful!
