My name is Rebecca, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with twelve years of experience in Tennessee and North Carolina. I am passionate about supporting people through their lives ups and downs. My counseling style is focused on the client. I believe they are experts in their own life, and I am here to support them make the changes they want to make in their life. I enjoy working with and am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I am poly, sex, and kink-knowledgeable.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, LGBTQ issues, gender-affirming, and women's issues. I utilize ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Short Term Solution Based Therapy, and Mindfulness.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you.
