Welcome! I am excited to work with you here at The Healing Collective. My name is Rebecca Dallas. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in the State of Washington. For 30 years, my mission has been to support individuals, couples and families on their journey of growth and healing. I’m committed to offering a safe space where people can feel comfortable to share and collaborate in a therapeutic setting. I have an open-minded and non-judgmental approach, tailoring sessions to the unique needs of every person, and creating space for collaboration and feedback.
I use an integrative approach to treat a variety of PTSD, Depression and Anxiety conditions including: treatment resistant depression, suicidality, panic disorders. ADHD, social anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and relationship/family issues. Initially, we will explore your story to help you gain a greater understanding of the source of your problems.
I am committed to working on issues of a social nature with people of all backgrounds including people with: Sexual and Gender Orientation Issues; Racial or Cultural Discrimination. I have specialized training in Addiction Therapy, Trauma Modalities and Crisis Management. I look forward to working with you in a holistic way to achieve balance and harmony
