I'm a relationship & sex therapist working with individuals and multi-person systems (this includes friends, siblings, roommates, co-workers!). Whether you're experiencing a rough patch, prolonged pain, feeling challenged by your body, or disconnected from the close people in your life, therapy provides the guidance and structure we often need in order to move through hard things.

What is Sex Therapy? Sex therapy includes the relational, emotional, and physical challenges/joys that arise in relationship to our bodies and others'. As a sex therapist, I am here to provide supportive tools and professional insight. Together, we can uncover your desire, clarify your erotic landscape, and play around with things that feel tender and new.

My practice is rooted in systems thinking, and my background in sexuality education affords me the skills to be direct and clear.
