We all struggle and can face difficulties as we maneuver through life. These struggles often come in our relationships as we learn about ourselves and our loved ones, sometimes causing pain, anxiety and depression. I am a Christian therapist and owner at Coastline Counseling Group, who is here to come alongside my clients in the struggles they face in their individual lives, marriages and families and to offer hope for the future and healing in the present. I especially enjoy working with women suffering from anxiety and depression, couples seeking a better relationship, teens, and families.
I work with those who are struggling in their marriages and parenthood as a Gottman trained therapist, as well as helping those going through life transitions at different stages of their lives. Clinical Hypnosis is utilized when appropriate.
Amidst today's turmoil and significant rise in anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict, our priority is to provide quality psychotherapy to those in need. Making the phone call for help can be hard, but finding quality therapy should not.

At Coastline Counseling Group we have associate and licensed therapists who are all qualified to treat a range of relational and therapeutic issues. All are trained in Gottman Couples Therapy as well a trauma informed care utilizing CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR modalties.
