I believe therapy is a great space to explore that influence and it's impact on our mental health, and shift those patterns to allow us to be our best selves. I believe providing a safe, non judgmental space to explore your emotions and previous patterns can help people thrive. I currently have immediate day time openings. I work with individuals and families from a systemic and strengths-based perspective. I utilize a combination of narrative therapy and other systemic approaches to support you in reaching your goals. I have extensive experience working with teenagers and adults.
