My therapeutic journey is guided by a holistic approach, recognizing the intricate interplay between mind and body. I use modalities such as IFS, somatic psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and brief solution-focused therapy and psychedelic integration work.
I specialize in working with diverse individuals, including women, adolescents, professionals, high performers such as athletes and corporate executives, and military/veterans. I also offer licensure supervision for therapists in Oregon and Washington.
