It is my goal to empower each person with the self-awareness and self-confidence necessary to express their voice and advocate for themself.
My experience with groups, individuals with disabilities, adoption, career development, grief and loss have allowed me to empathize and relate to individuals with shared journeys. I practice from an eclectic approach, utilizing techniques such as mindfulness, art, music, play, and experientials to aid in the pursuit of growth.
My practice is open to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I work with clients who have a wide range of concerns from depression & anxiety, to relationship issues & life changes, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. All are welcome! Anxiety Support Group
Support group for adults living with anxiety such as generalized anxiety, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and other anxiety disorders. Applicable for adults who live with both anxiety and mood disorders. Meets in-person every second and fourth Thursday evenings of each month from 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Tides Mood Disorder Support Group
Support group for adults living with depression, bi-polar disorder or other mood disorders. Members come together for mutual support as they are learning to manage the symptoms of their mood disorder. We discuss resources and coping skills. The group meets in-person every first, third and fifth Tuesday evenings of each month from 7:00pm to 8:30pm
