I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 7 years of experience in a variety of settings from substance abuse facilities to community-based mental health agencies to public schools. I predominately work with those caught in the harsh cycle of trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and/or substance use.
