My goal as a therapist is to provide a non-judgmental space to encourage you to be your authentic self while exploring your experiences. I am prepared to help you cultivate goals towards positive, effective change and enjoy restoring harmony and balance to individuals, couples and families. I am dedicated to cultivating a safe, inclusive, and healthy environment for all that enter my office.
I utilize an eclectic style of therapy, incorporating a plethora of skills and theories. Therefore, each experience is unique to the individuals needs, interests, and goals. Through humor, warmth, and empathy, I am dedicated to understanding your perspective, worldview, and beliefs, while simultaneously challenging you.

This psycho-educational and skill building group will begin on July 21st from 2-4pm, and continue every Sunday for eight weeks. This investment will help individuals develop relational tools to deepen connections with friends, family, and partners through gaining experience with skills that are proven to enhance relationship satisfaction. Communication skills such as boundary setting, assertive communication, active listening and empathy building will be explored, developed and enhanced throughout the group. Cost: $250 for all 8 sessions with snacks, drinks, and tools included!
