I focus on addiction, trauma, and mental health, using empowering, and evidence-based methods. In a safe, non-judgmental space, we work together to identify the roots of your challenges. It is not a matter of what is wrong with you, but rather what has happened to you. My approach includes relapse prevention, EMDR and DBT to wholly address your unique needs.
