I welcome to discuss and process life challenges and offer tools to help you navigate day-to-day difficulties and anxieties. I offer a listening ear and a comfortable space in which respect and acceptance are a top priority. I have experience with adolescent, marital, pre-marital, couples, individual, group(s), and family counseling.
I counsel using different therapeutic interventions. Person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, The Gottman Approach (Marriage and Couples Therapy), and Group Counseling are the approaches in which I most use. Being on a journey with those experiencing a difficult journey is a privilege for me.
