I love supporting folks from all walks of life in the rewarding work of enriching their lives and relationships. My name is Becca, I'm a queer-friendly couples and individual counselor. I prefer a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy, utilizing diverse techniques to support your growth and progress on your goals. I believe counseling is a calling, not just a job; and I would be honored to walk with you on this journey!
Some primary themes I have supported my clients on are: interpersonal relationship issues/conflict, infidelity, identity exploration and development, grief, anxiety, self-esteem needs, boundary setting and maintenance work, sexuality exploration and development, PTSD, etc.
I enjoy utilizing Gottman methods, Mindfulness, Narrative, and Existential Therapy.
My first job as your therapist is to learn about you; your dreams, needs, relationships, challenges, and goals. You teaching me about yourself is the best way for me to be helpful to you, and our first session is the best place to start this process!
